Rachel Stander | producer
Rachel Stander is an independent producer focused on narrative film. Her first feature, Scrap, world premiered at the Deauville American Film Festival in France and co-starred Anthony Rapp and Lana Parrilla. Her follow-up feature, Victorian Gothic thriller Séance, premiered in 2024 at the Newport Beach Film Festival. Other work highlights include Lesbophilia, a dark comedy short with queer themes and Run Wild, a 1970s-set coming-of-age drama short.
Rachel is a member of Women in Film, Film Independent, and The Gotham. She is the Los Angeles Co-Chair for Women Independent Producers, where she also serves as the Programs Coordinator.
Through her company, A Season of Rain, Stander shepherds projects from development through delivery, and she has a proven record of fostering respectful, inclusive workspaces. Under her leadership, both Scrap and Séance were awarded the Reframe Stamp, a mark of distinction for projects that have demonstrated gender-balanced hiring across a production. As a producer, Stander is particularly drawn to female-driven stories that explore existential themes on an intimate scale.
Robina Riccitiello | executive producer
Robina Riccitiello started Spark Features with business partner Josh Peters with the goal of helping young filmmakers bring stories to the screen that are different, quirky, surprising, and challenging.
In 2024, Robina had two films premiere at the Venice Film Festival, including No Sleep Till, which won a Special Mention at Venice International Critics’ Week. She Executive Produced the Spirit Award-winning Dìdi and three of the 2025 Oscar-nominated feature documentaries.
In 2025, Spark Features had two films premiere at Sundance: winner of the Directing Award, Ricky, and Rebuilding. At SXSW that same year, the company premiered Idiotka.
Other notable credits include The Last Showgirl, The Black Sea (SXSW Narrative Feature Grand Jury Award nominee), The Queen of My Dreams (SXSW Audience Award nominee), Happyend, A Love Song (Spirit Awards, John Cassavetes Award nominee), Bitterroot (Tribeca Founders Award for Best U.S. Narrative Feature nominee), Frybread Face and Me, We Grown Now (TIFF Changemaker Award), Mutt (Sundance U.S. Dramatic Special Jury Award), and Soft and Quiet.
D.D. Wigley | executive producer
A self-proclaimed Post-Modern Renaissance Woman, D.D. is or has been a writer of poetry and short-short fiction, a bass player (Fender electric) and singer, a photographer, and an abortion rights activist. In her work as a film producer, she helps filmmakers make their creative dreams come true. Notable films include the feature documentaries Sam Now, which was nominated for a Peabody Award in 2024 and Suburban Fury, which premiered at the 2024 New York Film Festival.
D.D. is a member of the Dramatists Guild and playwright-in-residence at Key City Public Theatre in Port Townsend, WA. She has served on the creative team for new plays in development by Doris Baizley, Richard Dresser, Jeni Mahoney, Wendy MacLeod, David Natale, and Andrea Stolowitz.
